Bobby is a world-class executive coach, workshop leader, keynote speaker, storytelling workshop leader, and event facilitator. 

As a coach, he helps clients prepare for keynotes, high-stakes meetings, and crucial conversations. He is particularly passionate about bringing diverse teams together and creating a dynamic within organizations that is greater than the sum of its parts. 

Bobby strives to see every individual not only as they are, but as they might be, and then to hold that vision up. This allows leaders not only to identify their strengths but also to explore what they most need to develop. The goal is to bring every person to peak performance by making that invisible potential become a visible reality.

In addition to his work as a coach and event facilitator, Bobby is a master teacher. He is a lecturer at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a guest lecturer at the London Business School. He has also served as Head of the Acting Department at The SF Conservatory of Music, Principal Acting Coach at Seydways Studios, and founded several acclaimed performing arts school drama programs.
